I am Jongmin(Min) Lee, a PhD candidate from the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University Bloomington, US. My research interest centers on effective and meaningful collaborations among government entities, nonprofits, and citizens within the policy process and explores ways to mitigate obstacles to collaborations, thereby improving their overall efficacy. My dissertation focuses on understanding the effect of behavioral components within the government grants process on nonprofit organizations and how they shape the application pool.
